FACILITIES

Incubation Center: The incubation center is designed within the education units defined as the Park campus, where all rental units can easily reach. All offices are terraced by taking advantage of natural light and placed as a melting mass in the slope.

Concentrated Working Areas

Cultural Center: The place that hosts the secondary trade and health functions within the project was placed in the middle, creating a common meeting point for the education and cultural center.

Restaurants & Cafe: The green surfaces emerging from the topography define the roof level. It creates masses that are integrated with the context they are in. Some restaurants and cafes have been placed on these green surfaces placed on the hills, so places with views where users can have a pleasant time are defined.

Bicycle Road: With an approach that gives priority to pedestrians, an uninterrupted bicycle axis and walking path combined with meeting bridges have been designed around the project.

Square: The walking paths are squared within the recreation area, the focus points are distributed evenly to the whole, and the amphitheaters integrated with the topography allow users to experience the area more.

Resting Areas

Amphitheaters: There are amphitheaters integrated with the natural land cover throughout the land. It is organized for joint activities, talks, and some events. It is aimed to create a meeting point that brings the users within the residential areas closer to each other.

Walking Paths: Footpaths and walking paths were created around the forest in order to strengthen the nature-human interaction with an approach that enables them to establish more personal relationships with nature together with the experience paths.

Nature & Adventure Track: It is a recreation area created for the region through the forest area. There are trekking paths and walking paths around the area, allowing users to experience the area from different elevations with an uninterrupted walking path around the forest.

Open Sports Areas: Open sports areas are designed on platforms at different elevations that extend as a branch of the walking paths in the forest.

Barbecue Cabins: Cabins located at the peaks of the forest define some places for rest and make Barbecue during the walk.

Concert Area: The place where the valley form expands is designed as a concert area and a stage where various activities can be held. The steps created by taking advantage of the slope lead toward the stage.
